KENT HATFIELD, D.O.
Dr. Kent Hatfield graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s of
Science. He graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific.
Dr. Hatfield went on to complete his internship and residency at Mesa General
Hospital. He has been in private practice in Mesa and Gilbert
since 1993.
Dr. Hatfield is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic
Family Physicians. He is fluent in Spanish. |

DAVID HATFIELD, D.O.
Dr. David Hatfield started his education at Mesa Community College, and then
graduated from Arizona State University where he was on the Dean’s List. He
graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following this, Dr.
Hatfield completed his internship residency at Mesa General Hospital. He has
been in private practice with Hatfield Family Medicine since 1996. Dr. Hatfield
is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
He is fluent in Spanish. |

K. TALMAGE LEWIS, D.O.
Dr. K. Talmage Lewis earned his undergraduate degree from Arizona State
University, and then graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Lewis completed an internship and residency at Phoenix Baptist Hospital
before joining Hatfield Family Medicine in 2001. He is board certified by the
American Board of Osteopathic Examiners, and is a member of both the
American Association of Family Practitioners and the AOA. |

SCOTT HATFIELD, D.O.
Dr. Scott Hatfield graduated Suma Cum Laude from Arizona State University with his Bachelors degree, and his Medical Doctorate at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He fulfilled his internship at Mesa General Hospital and his residency at Mesa General Hospital-Family Medicine before joining Hatfield Family Medicine in 2004. Dr. Hatfield is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and holds active memberships there, as well as with the AOA and the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association. |

THOMAS TSAI, M.D.
Dr. Thomas Tsai graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California with his Bachelors degree, and earned his Medical Doctorate at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Christus St. Joseph’s Hospital in Houston, Texas. Dr. Tsai is board certified by the American Board of Family Physicians and has been in practice for six years. He joined Hatfield Family Medicine in 2008, and is happy to be practicing medicine in Arizona with his family. |

Gary Wright graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from Arizona State University, and later with his Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies from Trevecca Nazarene University. After working with other family practices in Tempe, Gary joined Hatfield Family Medicine in 2000. He is board certified by the NCCPA in Primary Care and Surgery. |

Lori Hatcher graduated Magna cum Laude from Arizona State University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She then earned her Masters of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix and is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Lori’s nursing experience is extensive from Flight RN to Intensive Care Units across the valley and she previously served as a member of the US Air Force National Guard. |
