Minimum Requirements
•2+ years of Family Medicine back office experience
•Completion of Medical Assistant Training
•Ability to do triage, patient vitals and efficiently work with Medical equipment commonly used in a family medicine office.

•Referrals Experience
Medical Billing Specialist
Minimum Requirements
•2+ years of Family Medicine billing experience
•Ability to post payments, bill charges, read and interpret an explanation of benefits, collect patient
due and insurance due balances, use CPT/ICD-9 coding materials and data entry skills of 40+
words per minute.
Preferred Abilities
•Bilingual
•Certified medical coder or Certified Medical Biller
Front Desk Receptionist, Scheduling Representative or Verification Specialist
Minimum Requirements
•2+ years of Family Medicine front office experience
•Check-in and check-out experience, scheduling, verification
•Excellent customer service and telephone skills

Referral Coordinator
Minimum Requirements
•2+ years of Family Medicine Referral Coordinator experience
•Complete understanding of the referral process from beginning to end for all medical plans
and referral locations.

Midlevel Provider
Minimum Requirements
•2+ years of working in a Family Medicine or Urgent Care Medical Facility
•Board Certified and licensed in the State of Arizona as a Certified Physician Assistant and/or

Physician
Minimum Requirements
•2+ years of working in a Family Medicine or Urgent Care Medical Facility
•Board Certified and licensed in the State of Arizona as a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy.

Office Manager
Minimum Requirements
•2+ years of managing in a Family Medicine or Urgent Care Medical Facility of 8+ providers
and multiple locations
•Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, medical billing, human resources, compliance, scheduling, verification and referrals.
•Excellent people management skills
